Do You Save Wrapping Paper?

Around 8 years ago I went to a yard sale and found this one item.
It was a box of gift wrapping paper and cost me $1.00

Hubby was with me and looked at me like I was crazy, but I knew a winner when I saw one and this was a winner. Along with the paper were stickers and gift tags. Lots and lots of them.

There were some other really cute ones that blurred when I photographed them and I don't have the time to redo the photos. Maybe another day. Here is the paper!

It appears that there were lots of baby showers she bought for.

Do any of you remember the old 'cellophane tape that turned yellow with age'?

And why oh why I did not break this out for Queen of Braveheart I will never know!!

In doing some research, I found this web site which sells 'new' vintage paper. And if you want some true vintage paper you can check out this on Ebay.

Now someone needs to have a baby girl, so I can use some of this.

  2. How beautiful! You should definitely save scans of the patterns so you can reuse them or even use it on spoonflower.com to print onto fabric. I love this kind of stuff, and my husband would think I was crazy, too ;)
