Could this be the inspiration for 

Don Draper aka Dick Whitman? 

And look at the caption:

This is an ad from the early1960's

It is almost as if the producers of the show saw this ad 

and said, "We need to find this exact man". And they did.

Could they possibly have found anyone better than Jon Hamm to become the wonderfully,
elusive and mysterious Don Draper? The man you want to love and love to hate?

What are your thoughts? 

And I am a huge fan but have not seen any of this years shows, so don't give anything away.
